Dream Project Needs your help at AWW

The Dream Project of University of Washington is looking for volunteer help! The Dream Project is a student-initiated, student-led program here at University of Washington that partners UW students with first-generation and low-income students from local high schools as they navigate the college admissions process.

On November 16th and 17 from 10 am to 5 pm, we will be hosting our annual Admissions Workshop Weekend on the UW seattle campus. Over 600 high school students will come and receive help on their college applications and essays. Students will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with mentors and writing tutors, who provide support as students craft quality applications and essays. In the past, writing tutor volunteers have found witnessing and supporting students’ accomplishments very rewarding. There will be FOOD and parking provided to all volunteers as well!

We would love to have you past volunteers at Admissions Workshop Weekend with us!

To volunteer and sign up please go to these links
When signing up, please DO NOT sign in using you UW NET ID. It confuses the system and we will not have an accurate record of you attending.
Attached is the flyer we handed out at the schools to help give an idea of what AWW’s plan is.
