SOC 494C – The Research Practicum is a chance to do research with your classmates that the City of Seattle will take into account as they redesign 3rd Avenue downtown. This is a unique opportunity to put your sociology skills and interests into practice and help make real changes in the city where you live.

Class meets: Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:30-4:20 — SLN: 19206

SOC 494A and 494B- The Education Practicum takes place in the classroom on campus and also in the classroom in one of Seattle’s public schools where you will tutor and connect what you’re learning in the classroom with what you’re seeing while tutoring.

SOC 494D- Internship Practicum if you have an internship but don’t have a faculty sponsor, this class is a great way to get credit for it

Class meets: Weds 9:30-11:20 — SLN: 19207
