About School’s Out Washington:

The mission of School’s Out Washington (SOWA) is to provide services and guidance for organizations to ensure all young people have safe places to learn and grow when not in school. School’s Out is dedicated to building community systems to support quality afterschool and youth development programs for Washington’s 5-18 year olds through training, advocacy and leadership.

Internship Description:

School’s Out Washington provides professional development workshops across Washington State.  Our Quality division is looking for an intern with research analysis and program evaluation knowledge and experience to help inform our workshop evaluation process.  This intern will work closely with the Statewide Training Manager to develop a professional development evaluation framework.  At the end of the internship, we wish to have concrete recommendations for designing, implementing, managing, and analyzing our professional development services.

Hours:

Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 to 5:00pm.  Four to six hours a week or as needed.
