Preparing for the GRE

If you’re someone who is interested in applying to graduate school, the first big step is to take the GRE exam.

What better way to prepare yourself than to sign up for a GRE prep class, offered through the University of Washington Women’s Center! For a reasonable price, you can participate in a GRE pre course, as well as the Math Refresher. keep-calm-and-study-for-the-gre-2

  • When: October 23, 30th, November 6th and 13th (all Sundays)
  • Time: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

The purpose of this course is to offer graduate school applicants the opportunity to refresh content knowledge, build strategy skills, and gain confidence in preparation for the GRE. As a class, you will get to know the structure and content of the exam and review the necessary verbal, mathematical, and analytical skills. This course will include a large volume of practice problems, specific outlined study approaches to each section, and the development of effective timing and answering strategies. Some out-of-class work will be expected of students who are committed to successs.
