Do you struggle to manage your anxiety when you’re trying to study for tests? Do you find your stress levels during exams hurts your ability to do well? This workshop will cover ways to prepare for exams and techniques for test-taking that are designed to help you manage your stress level. The guidance you will receive will apply equally to tests and final exams – and to any high pressure performance situation you might face!
