Small group career coaching provides personalized support from a career coach with the added benefit of learning from your peers. These one-time 45 minute sessions are capped at 14 students and offer a combination of hands on activities and the opportunity to ask questions and gain advice on a variety of career topics including how to find a job that interests you, what to expect in interviews, and how to translate your UW skills to whatever comes next.
These career coaching session are run by Caitlin Goldbaum, a Career Coach in the Career & Internship Center who has both a personal and professional background in the Arts & Sciences. Caitlin in particularly passionate about helping underclassmen find their way, but has plenty of experience working with students at all levels.
