Summer Class: Criminality and “Deviance” in Native Communities

The UW Gender, Women, and Sexuality Department is offering a new class this summer that may be of interest to sociology students. The course, Criminality and “Deviance” in Native Communities, will be a seminar based on scientific writings and biographies written by and about incarcerated Natives and “deviance” in Native communities in the U.S. and Canada. The course will be taught by Michelle Kritz Morado and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:10pm – 3:20pm for the full term. More information is available in the flyer attached below!
